Nowadays, everyone is talking about the globalization, this topic becomes a hot issue in the world. I believe that globalization does not only affect our life but also influence the world’s economy, particularly the development of a country. The reasons are presented as follow.

First of all, one of the positive effects of globalization is the expansion of the trade markets in many countries. Since goods can be sold in different areas, the qualities of the goods need to be controlled. Thus consumers can buy the same goods with same qualities. Moreover, the price of the goods may become lower and acceptable because of the mass production.

Secondly, because of the bigger market, more companies will establish more factories around the world to produce the goods. Therefore, globalization is beneficial to the labour market, especially in the developing countries, unemployed people can get their jobs back. The problem of unemployment in those countries can be solved.

Last but not least, business activities among different countries become busier, the import and export rate will rise as usual. In order to encourage the trading activities, the government should impose some new policies or revise the existence ones. Consequently, the companies have intention to invest, and more capital will be flown to the countries.
